To overcome the communication challenge, chennova has a proven exhaustive requirement gathering and validation at the client site. During this phase chennova’s onsite Client Communication Manager, with more than 5 year of offshore development model will provide 3 levels of documentation.
Chennova has a extensive methodology for managing to and fro communication between client and ODC.
Chennova’s ODC follows an extensive documentation process parallel to the development process. Out Client communication manager, will review the ODC’s process and identify/rectify any deviation.
Chennova maintains a project portal to track and audit the project activities. The portal will have all the communications, status reports, and project milestones, change request, issues management and project deliverables.
Chennova identifies the project managers and project leaders based on their domain expertise. During project initiation Chennova will design a training program to train and get exposure in client business process. Training programs and evaluation of exposure to the business process will be done periodically through out the project phases.
Chennova has a dedicated infrastructure expert’s team, with exposure to various business environments and system platforms. If client infrastructure plays a vital role in the project, chennova will bring in an infrastructure export to study/analyze and design a training program for the ODC team.
Chennova uses various simulation techniques and development based on simulation models, these simulation models try to mirror the clients infrastructure at the ODC
During the client requirements gathering, the quality metrics will be defined based on the clients Quality standards.
Chennova’s ODC will have a quality assurance manager who will audit and submit the report in the project portal periodically. Milestone approval process will have a quality metrics evaluation.
Chennova conducts periodic quality adherence training for all ODC team members.
Chennova requirements gathering methodology includes exhaustive requirement definition, workflow diagram, dataflow diagram, prototype, interface documentation and detailed test cases.
Chennova development methodology includes, internal proto typing, internal shorter milestones, internal UA for test cases.
Identification of problem areas and a risk analysis and planning will be done at analysis phase and a periodic review of risk analysis will be done. Chennova plans for alternate solutions for potential risks.
